Non-specific methods of prevention
Remember that an organism with a good immune system has less chance to get sick, and if it happens, it will easily cope with the disease. Therefore, there are so-called non-specific methods of prevention, the careful observance of which will significantly reduce the chances of germs harming you and your family.
